2009 Testimony

Public Hearings were held in Renton (September 29, 2009) and Spokane (October 5, 2009).  In addition to those who addressed the Council at the hearings, some documents were submitted by mail, and others by e-mail.  Documents received by the Council by the close of business on October 5, 2009 may be viewed by clicking on the links below.
