To create a Bio, perform the following steps:
- From the admin toolbar, hover over Content > Add Content > click Bios.
- Fill out the first and last name of the person whose bio you are creating.
- Select the person’s Position Title from the list of checkboxes.
- Enter a Council Member Title if appropriate.
- Enter a Term Expiration date.
- If the person represents an organization, enter that in the Representing field.
- Enter a Phone, Fax and Email.
- The Bio field is used for the person's biography. Use the Content Editor to edit the content as needed.
- Under Image, Add Existing Media or Add New Media if you'd like to upload a photo to be attached to the bio.
- Add an Address in the address field set.
- From the Council dropdown select the type of Council Member.
- Right above the Save button at the bottom of the page is a Published check box. Click it prior to saving if you want the bio published.
- Once the page is the way you want it, go to the bottom of the page and click Save.
