• The Council’s decision is dependent on the passage of ESB 6120. This bill was delivered to the Governor on March 8.

6. Proposal for Emergency Rule

• The model code Section 308.1.4 Open-flame cooking devices in the 2021 IFC was inadvertently adopted. Discuss options to rescind this adoption.
